However, transformation and weight loss is more than just exercise (or even exercise and nutrition).
Long-term weight loss is only possible when we address the habits, identities, mindset, beliefs and fears that led us to become overweight in the first place. That’s where coaching comes in.
Coaching is profoundly different to personal training. It involves:
- Collecting data (asking questions) to identify the obstacles (habits) that have prevented you from having the body, confidence and lifestyle you desire.
- Working together to develop a personalised strategy on how to overcome these obstacles.
