Ingredients
1 cup of cauliflower crumbs (blended to look like bread crumbs)
1 small onion grated (mix with cauliflower crumbs & include any juices from the onion)
1 garlic clove minced.
2 table spoons of Morrocan spice.
400g can of salmon
2 spring onion chopped.
1 tea spoon of your choice of dried herbs.
2 eggs.
Method
Pre-heat oven 200 degrees (fan forced) 220 degrees (other)
Mix cauliflower & onion, make sure well mixed.
Add everything else expect salmon & mix thoroughly.
Fold salmon through.
Spray tray with olive or canola oil.
Scoop ice cream ball size on the tray (don’t press them down as they will stick)
Bake for 15-20 min – turn then bake for another 5 minutes or until golden.
Enjoy hot or cold with your choice of salad.
