She believes that optimal health & results come from looking deep within yourself & replacing old limiting habits & beliefs with new ones that set you free.
Looking after yourself is the foundation to everything in life.
She loves helping people show up authentically & leave their mark on the world.
Mel is driven & caring. She loves creating her life, setting her own path, keeping fit, and becoming the best version of herself for herself & the important people in her life.
She loves being multitalented with movement, you could find her dancing, roller blading, running, playing basketball or stand up paddle boarding.
She has travelled the world-many times on her own, has learnt the importance of falling in love with preparing & cooking your own meals is a proud wife, mumma to Tsavorah, daughter, sister and aunty.

He is passionate about empowering others to be the best versions of themselves.
Ronnie is a problem solver, a free thinker and a visionary who loves defying the status quo, living life to the full, keeping fit, and self-development.
He appreciates good filtered coffee, Messina ice-cream, food in general, and has mastered the art of making chapati just like his mother’s.
He is Kenyan Australian, multilingual, a loving father of three beautiful girls (Tsavorah, Ava & Charlotte), husband, brother, uncle, son and a business man who wears his heart on his sleeve.
You can find him either being innovative at home, exploring and soaking up the beautiful culture of the streets of Melbourne or exploring the world with his family every summer.
