The IMANI story

Think about your goal to lose weight. Why haven’t you accomplished it yet?

If you’re like most people, the answer comes down to fear.

You see, weight loss isn’t about food or exercise. It’s always about our fears (habits, beliefs and mindset). This explains why people keep going on diets.

They’re afraid they can’t lose weight unless they restrict their food.
They’re afraid that if they don’t lose weight, they won’t be enough.
They’re afraid that being overweight makes them unworthy
And they’re afraid of being judged for what they look like.

Like any fear, the way to overcome it is to face it head-on, not run away. To lose weight, you need to let go of your fears and face them head on, because fear is a poison that will ruin your entire life.

The good news is that there is an antidote to fear — and that’s faith.

IMANI (Pronunciation: i-MAH-nee) means FAITH in Swahili.

If you’re struggling with your weight, you don’t need another diet or exercise program. You need IMANI.

What is IMANI?

IMANI means choosing faith over fear because the fears we don’t face become our limitations, and those limitations become baggage that prevents us from losing weight.

IMANI is to stare down life’s most difficult and terrifying challenges and still take action.

IMANI is living a happy and fulfilled life.

IMANI is love, self-belief, self-worth, confidence, the courage to be vulnerable, authentic and brave.

Finding your IMANI is a place of mystery where we find the courage to believe in what we cannot see and the strength to let go of our fear of uncertainty.

IMANI is the missing link between who we are and the best version of ourselves.

Unfortunately, most people live in a restricted circle of potential without finding their IMANI.

Find YOUR Imani

Lack of IMANI is the missing link that will stop you from achieving the health, vitality, confidence, freedom and anything you really want.

Lack of IMANI distracts you from doing what you need to do, to have the life you want.

Lack of IMANI leads to excuses and a life of mediocrity.

But it doesn’t have to.

Finding your IMANI is one of the most liberating pursuits you can undertake.
