I saw Katie grow from someone who didn’t think much of herself to someone who now likes who she is and can see herself improving each day.

 Katie tells us: “This was a learning curve, & that’s how I’m looking at it. I’m still proud of what I’ve achieved, because I think I look really good (bit vain I know) but at the beginning I couldn’t say one thing I loved about my body and now I can look into the mirror and enjoy what I see… I can’t wait to see how I feel about myself when I reach my number 1 goal… Over the past 12 weeks not only have I now seen changes physically, but I wake up with more energy, my skin is clearer, my training has noticeably bettered, & I’m all around a happier person. I’ve been in the absolute dumps for a really long time with my weight & health, and it’s nice to realize that it’s not all about physical appearance. Thanks Mel for an awesome 12 weeks, I’m so happy with my achievements and can’t wait for the next 12 week challenge!”
