Over the past decade, we’ve witnessed countless quick-fix fad programs and fitness trends come and go. Driven by our desire to bridge this gap and revolutionise the health and fitness landscape, Imani Transformations® was founded in 2016 by the dynamic duo of Mel and Ronnie Oliech, and the Diet Antidote Transformation System® was created with a strong mission and vision.
